30-30 high wall repros available?

Do any of the Italians makers have a rifle available in 30-30 or 30-40
(or any other "small bore" caliber)?

Uberti makes (or made) one in 30-40.  I have shot one numerous times.  Satisfactory, but not 100 % a High Wall.  I put the stock from a Winder on it.  That crescent buttplate was hard on the shoulder.

Not on point, but Ruger recently announced a Model 1A in .30-30.  I think Lipsey's has them in stock.

Gentlemen,
Thanks for the responses. Guess I'll have to keep my eyes open and see if something comes along. Over the course ot the years, I've had a High Wall in .219 Donaldson Wasp, and three No.1's (a 1V in 7mm Remington Magnum, and two 7mm Mausers - an A and an RSI) Will not buy a new production No. 1 - they ain't the same.

Again, thanks!

Several years ago, Browning offered the Traditional Hunter
M1885 series in .30-30. On a whim, I bought one and it is a very accurate rifle. Haven't shot it passed 200 yds, but it "hoovers" at a MOA rifle.

I bought a stevens and rebarred it with a Badger 30-30 for hunting. 5 shot groups 100 yds. factory ammo into .7 in center to center. I'm looking for a load using lead bullets any reccomendations?

HPM
Almost any 160 to 180 gr cast shoots well in my 12 twist 30/30. Its a great cast ctg. 23 gr 4064 works in mine.check out the cast bullet site.

This has nothing to do with High Walls , but I see Ruger has released some #1A's in 30-30 .

By no means am I arguing with you but I have about 15 Ruger #1's in variouse configurations .

Anyway a month ago I got one of the just released Ruger #1B's in 264 WIN MAG . That thing is a tack driver ! I've already shot groups at 100 yards from the bench down in the .3's .
