Entry will be closed and the winner drawn Aug. 31, 2003 , at the annual awards ceremony at the ASSRA Beeson Range near Warsaw , IN.   You need not be an ASSRA member, or be present to win.  If necessary, the winner will be notified by mail and transfer & delivery arrangements made.  Winner must be a U. S. citizen,over 21 years of age, and legally able to own a firearm.  Officers, associates and employees of the ASSRA are not eligible to win.
