thankyou for posting the chart, its the first time i have seen it. i have ordered them in the past by phone. i am surprised to see the variation in groove depth in the rifle .45 cal liners. i see now the last liner i ordered in the twist needed is only .0035" depth. i have struggled to make it shoot accurately with lead bullets and black powder

I just received a 38-55 liner from TJ and the quality was great and delivery was fast. What more can you ask for?

FYI, these are not all the liners that are available. I have several .22s with 1-14" TJ liners. They will make custom make mandrels.

I am trying to order a liner from TJ's and have left 3 messages in 10 days with no return call. Maybe on vacation or something, but I want to get rolling on this project. Is there another vendor selling TJ liners?...What about the ones Track of the Wolf sells? I remember hearing they were from TJ's but the O.D. doesnt match the one I'm looking for on the TJ price list....I already bought the extended drill bit.

after not hearing anything for so long, i went ahead and ordered a redman liner from brownells. i also watched the midway video carefully, and this morning used a 5/16 extended drill bit, (which only partially removed the originally rifling (.32 rf)) and attempted to install the 5/16 liner. unfortunately it got stuck and will have to be drilled out!!!! what gives? i see brownell's sells 8mm drill bits, guess that's what i need to use. in the video he uses a 5/16 bit for a 5/16 o.d liner.
