Nice wood.  Does it have a serial # or is the CAT**** # the serial #?  I had a .218 Bee years ago and it was a zinger on crows.

On the left side of the action it says CAT.4367 along with proof marks and on the other side of the action 11497.
On the barrel it says

C&B8 -of DOUGLAS PREM,16T

The  barrel is a 1 in 16 twist.
All been very well done and a nice piece of wood.
Thanks for your interest.

Here is a unique Roller I bought last week.
Built by Verl Sigman in the Gemmer style.
Caliber 32-40. Will see how it shoots next week.
