Need Help IDing this seater

A friend sent me a photo of a 38-55 seater.  No markings at all.  Not sure what rifle it would work with.  He is asking me for an approximate value as well.

Thanks

Jack

Sure does look like a Weber, but I wonder what action it is for? I'd hazard a guess from the dual hooks that it's for a Ballard??? The hooks to hang on to the rear edge of the block opening on either side of the hammer.

It certainly doesn't have a single integral side lug like my Weber seater for my Low Wall.

Oops! Just reread bnice's reply and he said it's for a Ballard.

Russ told me 20 plus years ago he would have to put a stud on the side to do a Ballard seater.  Something changed?
