Scope block question

I have a set of scpoe blocks ( Lyman style not posa ), that are stamped LF on the bottom of both and they both tip to the left. When measured top to bottom there is a .0025 difference side to side (left side being thinner). Is it possible they were made that way for a reason ? they seem to be factory made and very hard.

LF is a Lyman marking meaning flat bottoms .167" thick; either factory mistakes or tampered with.
