Bob,
I'm not seeing exactly what you're talking about, over the course of the sear travel on these hammers there is significant radius differences right now and we'll be changing things a little as we work on the fits - right now I have mine working fairly smooth but I still have some work to do on the half cock engagement.  It will still pull through with the trigger but that is minor filing and adjustment.  Any comments are welcome.

The drawing shows a 1.437 r from the hammer spur to the sear cut the. From the sear to the safety its 1.420.
