50th Anniversary Schuetzenfest
August 2,3 and 4 2019

Place:           Old Colony Sportsmen’s Association 159 Forest Street Pembroke, Ma.
Events:       Friday August 2nd:  Ten shot re-entry match on a modified “Point Target” from the standing position at 200 yards.  Five dollars to enter. One dollar to re-enter.  Match begins at 1200 noon and ends at 7PM.  Cash/ Merchandise awards for the first three places and closest shot to the center.
     Saturday and Sunday August 3 and 4th: Fifty shots center fire on the ASSRA #4 target at 200 yards fired in five consecutive ten shot relays from the standing position.  Twenty dollars to enter.  Blackinton medals for the first three places, iron and telescopic sights.  Space is limited.     Fifty shots 22 rimfire on the Zettler target at 25 yards from the standing position.  Ten dollars to enter.  This is an any sight match. Blackinton medals for the first three places. Fired on five 10 shot targets. Go as you please. One award per competitor in the 50 shot offhand events.
    The competitor with the highest aggregate of the 50-shot centerfire and rimfire events is the “Schuetzenfest Winner” and is awarded the Loring and June Hall trophy for one year.
    A ten-shot re-entry Center fire bench rest match at 100 yards for score.  ASSRA #2 Target. Ten dollars to enter. One dollar to re-enter. Blackinton medals for the first three places.
     Sunday August 4th:  At the end of the day there will be a “Special Target” event.  Five dollars to enter.  One shot per competitor at 200 yards, closest to the center wins.  Competitors must use a Percussion Schuetzen rifle.  A suitable rifle will be available for use. The special target is the award for this event. 
Rules:      Only single shot rifles with cast or swaged lead bullets. No gas checks.   ASSRA rules and OCSA rules apply. Relays will be 25 minutes.
Banquet:      There will be a shooters dinner Saturday evening at 6PM. Tickets are fifteen dollars, guests are welcome.  Please notify us if you will attend the dinner prior to 26 July.  Attitude adjustment at 4:30 PM snacks and hors d’oeuvres. Cash Bar available.
Misc:       All firing points are covered.  Sat. range hours are 10AM to 4PM. Sunday range hours are 10AM to 330 PM.  Match held rain or shine. Camping allowed on site.  Bathrooms available but no shower.  Shooters may overnight in our air-conditioned club house. -
