If .25-21 is typo, no.  If actually .25-20, yes.  I ordered .25-20 new Winchester in poly bags back in July 2019.  Beautiful, as I am used to re-sizing 32-20 or getting used brass at gun shows, when available.  I loaded 50 rounds, no problems, to give to gunsmith for test firing my rolling block he is working on.

The 25-21 Stevens brass listed by Buffalo Arms is made by RCC and is machined which I imagine is why he is asking if anyone has tried it.

Never tried the RCC 25-21 brass on BACO for $4.99 each
But I have 50 Rocky Mtn Ctg Co 25-21, lath turned for $2.625 each
The 50 Rocky Mnt brass cases have been reloaded 3 times so far and zero issues

But if you want to pay the RCC 'freight', Jeff Roberson custom cut for me 50 each 32 Long RF from 32 CF at $3.95 per and zero issues
