Mick from Montana is certainly a very talented individual! Amazing and beautiful! Certainly would like to hear how he made all of those and if he did all of the work or maybe farmed some of it out.

Well, I'm mick from Montana & appreciate such flattering words. I have a enco mill/drill & a 12x36 craftsman lathe & lots of time. I actually do everything myself. It helps to have a son that thinks he needs at least one of everything in single shot rifles.(I trained him well)

Nice work Mick! I'm working on two 1878 Borchardt kits... just wish I was retired and everyday is Saturday. A few years away?

For all his wonderful and often innovative work, our esteemed GT could take some inspiration from Mick when it comes to actually finishing things.

Ouch thatís gonna leave a mark. Lol. Greg is aware of Micks work. Honestly though if he didnít teach classes and work more than full-time he would probably have some more rifle finished. And of course now recovering from the Covid.
But wait thereís more.!! Iíll let Mick tell you how many high walls heís built since he retired. As Sergio used to say makes me feel like a Piker.

Mick really does make me feel like a Piker, wait until you see more of his accomplishments...  I'm pretty good at starting things, maybe even getting them shooting.  Maybe someday I'll have time to finish them.

That's OK Greg! I'm very impressed with what both of you guys, and others here, get done!

I'm kinda like Greg. I love the machining, making and fitting parts, filing and shaping, etc. But when it comes to making them pretty I struggle to get motivated to finish them. I've got quite a few mostly finished projects but not quite done.
