Jacketed will wear the bore a little if you shoot 3 or 4 thousand rounds of it.

You may wish to rechamber it to 25-35.
Cases can be made from .30-30 cases.

I have only been able to find machined .25-20 SS from RMC for my Stevens 44.

Or you can rebore the barrel to .28 caliber but many of the cases might be too long for the low wall.

You can also rebore and chamber the existing barrel to .30-30, .32 Winchester Special or .32-40 which will fit into the LowWall.

Those cartridges are all more than I would want to put on an original Low-Wall.

Those calibers have been provided and made commercially in the Low Wall.
Browning has manufactured all these calibers in their Low Walls - although some of them were of limited production and not always listed in their catalogues.

Yes, but those are current loadings of those three calibers in modern-made versions of the low-wall.  Chuckster is talking about original, period versions which had small barrel shanks, less robust steels, and were intended primarily for pistol-size cartridges.

Modern low-walls are a different design with higher shoulders.
Totally different animal from the original low-walls.

Congratulations IOwnDoubles.  The Winchester low wall in 25-20 SS is a classic, and with the features of your specific example, it should be a joy to shoot.  If you have successfully acquired over 100 rounds of proper brass for it, reloading with neck sizing only should present no significant problems since you will be reusing the cases in the same chamber.

I wouldn’t hesitate to shoot a hundred or so jacketed bullets through it… in fact they may condition the bore somewhat.  Afterward I would thoroughly clean the bore with modern bore cleaner then condition the bore once again with well lubed cast bullets.  No particular scientific reason, that’s just what I would do as SOP.

Enjoy your new-to-you low wall!

You should be able to. I do my 25-21 in a shortened 257 Roberts die.

My 1885 Low Wall prefers the lighter cast bullets. I built a Martini Cadet also in 25-20 Single Shot and use hot loaded 87 Spire Points in it. Collected several hundred rounds of Jamison  brass. Have a few Bertrams I use with the cast bullets.
